Unfortunately, Miss Alison, I can't resolve your issue with Fotki. They seem to be around just to do enough to keep the site from crashing.
What I can do is suggest that, if you are now selling prints, you move your business activities to another site. There are several to choose from.. Smugmug, FlicrPro.. I use Zenfolio (as do many of the Pros I know..) The cost is more, but the customer service is not just better.. it is amazing. My site is http://www.papa-rotzzi.com and it is hosted at Zenfolio. If you are interested in Zenfolio, I would be happy to give you a code that will save us both a few dollars on our memberships.
Thank you for your note. I just checked out your site and Zenfolio. You're very talented, and the site looks much more sophisticated than Fotki. I also like that you can run it with your own domain name. I want to do the free trial to test it out, after which I would be glad to use your code.
